About this course
In this 1 hour course we introduce you to building Circles of Support around disabled adults.
Circle of Support is an approach to enhancing the inclusion, in mainstream community, of any person who is experiencing difficulties because of disability, personal crisis or because of their challenging behaviour towards others.
The ‘Community Circle’ approach works by mobilising the person’s family, peers, possible friends and wider community connections to provide support and engage in problem solving and planning with the person in difficulty.
This is an excellent opportunity to learn from Colin and Elliot Newton.

Hi, I’m Colin Newton - Psychologist and Director at Inclusive Solutions. In this workshop I am joined by Elliot Newton also a Psychologist who has facilitated a number of Circles of Support in community settings.
I've spent my career committed to inclusion and have set up many Circles with children as well as adults and know they work - the results speak for themselves!
